Polycarbonate Splash Guards Fabricated to Fit Your Equipment Perfectly
When a customer brings in an old splash guard, it usually tells a story. Years of use. Scratches. Cracks. Worn edges. And most of the time, these guards are no longer doing their job. That was the case here.
They needed a new polycarbonate splash guard cut to the exact shape of the original piece — every notch, tab, bend and detail — so it could drop right back into place with zero adjustments.
At Silver State Plastics, this is the kind of work we do every day.
From old and worn out…
The original panel came in cloudy, scratched, and warped from years of use. Some mounting tabs were loose, and the material had lost its clarity. Before we even start the fabrication, we scan, measure, and map out every detail so the replacement fits exactly like the factory part.
…to clean, clear, and ready to install
The new panel was fabricated from clear polycarbonate for strength, clarity, and impact resistance. We cut it to match the original profile, including every small tab and interlocking feature. The result is a guard that looks new, functions better, and fits perfectly.
Why polycarbonate?
Stronger than acrylic
High clarity
Impact resistant
Ideal for splash guards, machine covers, shields, and protective panels
Safe for commercial and industrial environments
Built Through Precision Plastic Fabrication
Every replacement panel we make starts with proper plastic fabrication. We measure the original part, map out every detail, and fabricate the new piece in-house using our equipment. This lets us match complex shapes, tabs, bends, and cutouts so the new guard fits exactly like the factory part. It is the reason customers bring us their worn pieces and leave with something stronger, cleaner, and ready to install.
Cut to size. Made to fit. Built to last.
Whether you bring us a broken part, a drawing, or just an idea, we can fabricate new plastic components that match your equipment exactly. One piece or one hundred, we build them in-house and get them out to you quickly.
If you need a replacement guard or custom polycarbonate part, give us a call or stop by the shop. We’ll take care of it.
