Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) combines high impact strength with excellent machinability. It cuts cleanly, forms easily, and produces durable finished parts — making it a favorite for prototyping, custom enclosures, and structural components.

Excellent impact resistance even at low temperatures. Absorbs shocks and resists cracking under stress.
Fabrication
Easy to Machine
Cuts, drills, routes, and sands cleanly with standard tooling. Glues and solvent-welds easily for strong permanent bonds.
Finish
Clean Forming
Thermoforms at relatively low temperatures. Can be vacuum-formed, bent, and shaped into complex geometries with smooth results.
Available Options
We stock ABS sheets in black and natural in thicknesses from 1/16" to 1/2". Standard sheet sizes available for same-day cut-to-size. Custom colors and textured surfaces can be special-ordered.
