ABS is a rigid thermoplastic made for applications where toughness, dimensional control, and appearance must work together. The material is a blend of acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene, which gives it the strength to handle structural loads, the resilience to take repeated impact, and a clean finish that looks sharp right out of fabrication.

We stock ABS sheets and rods in a wide range of sizes and grades for diverse applications—from signage and enclosures to vacuum-formed parts and precision-milled components. It machines easily with clean edge retention and holds tight tolerances. ABS can be thermoformed into complex shapes and maintains structural integrity throughout the forming process.

Bonding is strong and consistent with solvent cement. It also resists oils, acids, and other common chemicals. ABS provides electrical insulation and maintains low moisture absorption, making it reliable in both dry environments and enclosed electronic assemblies.
