One-off parts and production runs, fabricated in our Sparks shop since 1979. Bring us a drawing, a broken part, or an idea on a napkin. We'll pick the right material, make it, and have it ready when we said we would.

Everything happens in our Sparks shop. No out-of-state lead times, no middleman markup, and if something needs adjusting, we're ten minutes away, not ten days.

It depends on material, size, and quantity, so we quote every job individually and fast. Small one-off parts often run less than people expect. Send us the details and you'll have a real number, usually the same day.
No. We work from CAD files when you have them (PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP), and from sketches, photos, and sample parts when you don't. We've built plenty of parts from a cardboard cutout.
Both. We have just a $50 order minimum. Whether you need a single custom piece or a full production run of hundreds of parts, every job receives the same level of precision and care.
We fabricate acrylic/plexiglass, polycarbonate, HDPE, UHMW, ABS, PVC, nylon, acetal, styrene, and KYDEX thermoplastic. Each material is available in multiple thicknesses and can be cut, shaped, or engraved to your specifications.
Custom cutting, shaping, bending and forming, plastic welding, gluing, laser cutting, laser engraving, CNC cutting, CNC routing, CNC engraving, edge polishing, and cut-to-size services. All work is performed in-house at our Sparks, NV facility.
Cut-to-size orders are typically completed same day. Custom fabrication projects vary by complexity, but most quotes are returned within 24 hours. Our 45+ years of experience means efficient production even on complex jobs.
