Our core welding materials are HDPE and polypropylene — the two thermoplastics that dominate mining and industrial chemical service. Both are stocked as sheet in our own warehouse, which means fabrication starts when you order, not when a distributor ships.
A properly executed thermoplastic weld fuses the parts into continuous material — performance approaching the parent sheet itself, with no fasteners to corrode, no adhesive to age, and no gasket to maintain. It's why welded HDPE tanks and containment outlast bolted or coated-steel alternatives in corrosive service.
Yes — a PDF drawing and a DXF are what we work from, and supplying them up front gets you the fastest, most accurate quote. Don't have formal drawings? A dimensioned sketch plus the service conditions (chemistry, temperature, duty) is enough for us to draw it up and confirm before fabrication.
Freight and lead time. Large welded components are expensive to ship and slow to arrive, and revision rounds with a distant fabricator burn weeks. We're on the I-80 corridor — you can approve a proof, check a fit-up, or pick up a finished tank the same day you'd still be waiting on a returned phone call from out of state.
