Acrylic — and Rowmark engraving sheet, which is micro-surfaced acrylic. That is deliberate, not a limitation. Acrylic is the only common sheet plastic that lasers to a clean flame-polished edge. Polycarbonate discolours and gasses at the cut, and the polyolefins are worse. Anything else we CNC rout or saw instead, which gives you a better part.
