Clear fluted (reeded) acrylic cut to size in Sparks, NV. 5/32″ sheet with 12 mm flutes, the reeded glass look at half the weight. Cut the same day.
Fluted acrylic, also called reeded acrylic or fluted plexiglass, is clear cell cast acrylic with rounded flutes formed into the surface, 12 mm (0.47″) peak to peak. It gives cabinet doors, room dividers and back bar panels the look of reeded glass at about half the weight, and we cut it to your size in Sparks the same day.
A printed card seen through Fluted Stripes, drawn to show how much it blurs. The real sheet is in our Sparks shop if you want to hold it up to the light.
The flutes run one way, so the order needs a direction: along the length or across the width. We cut it the way you say, every piece.

Going in a shower, a door or next to a tub? Glass in those spots falls under the safety glazing rules in the building code, and plastic glazing has its own rules there. If an inspector is involved, ask before you cut.
Need more privacy, or a different look? Every texture we stock is side by side, with the same see-through test, on the textured acrylic page.
Fluted and reeded are two names for the same look: rounded ridges about half an inch apart. Ribbed is much finer, with ribs .070 of an inch apart, and is more about light than privacy.
Up and down on most cabinet doors and dividers, which on a tall panel means along the length. Tell us length or width on the order and we cut it that way.
Yes. Send the opening sizes, or the old glass, and we cut each piece to within 1/16 of an inch. One door or a whole kitchen.
Mild soap and water with a soft cloth. Skip ammonia glass cleaner, solvents and paper towels; they cloud and scratch acrylic.
