The formulation. It engraves, cuts, and performs like Rowmark's standard impact acrylic, but the material is engineered to biodegrade rather than persist. Performance first, footprint second — you don't give up finish quality to get the story.
Yes — the 2-ply combinations engrave through the cap to a crisp contrast core at .005″ depth. Settings are close to standard Rowmark sheet; we dial them in for you if we're doing the engraving.
Yes. BioCore is outdoor weatherable and UV stable — biodegradable doesn't mean fragile. It breaks down in the right end-of-life conditions, not on your storefront.
