Cast acrylic carries thickness variation (1/8″ ±.016″, 1/4″ ±.032″) — flag us if your application needs tight gauge tolerance. Glitter hues can shift slightly in color as glitter disperses. Swatch images: Rowmark color chart.

What's the difference between transparent, translucent, and opaque?
Transparent you see through like tinted glass; translucent passes light but diffuses the view (strong backlit); opaque passes none. The chart above labels each hue — and physical samples at the shop settle it fast.
Do the glitter hues engrave well?
Yes — and they laser-cut beautifully with sealed sparkle edges. Expect slight color shift where glitter disperses; we test-run when a job needs consistency.
What are the EFX combinations?
A black cap over a bright core: engrave the cap and the color pops through. It's the two-tone engraved look on a cast acrylic body — strong for signage accents and craft work.
Can you cut shapes and letters for me?
Yes — laser-cut letters, logos, and custom shapes with polished edges are one of our core services. Send the vector art, or we can prepare it from your logo.
Is cast acrylic thickness exact?
No — cast sheet runs ±.016″ at 1/8″. If parts must fit an extrusion or slot, tell us and we'll check gauge before cutting.

Specifications above are Rowmark’s ColorHues sheet. ColorHues EFX is a separate variant — ask us and we will confirm its figures before you specify it. Cell cast, so thickness varies slightly across the sheet. On a laser that matters: re-check focal length between runs, and expect that a deep cut may need more than one pass. Worth knowing before you set up a long job.
