ColorCast is microsurfaced cell cast acrylic in 1/8″ and 1/4″ gauges designed for reverse engraving: the graphic goes in from the back, and the front stays a smooth surface that can be cleaned and sanitized. Offered in core colors plus gold and silver metallics, it's built for interior and exterior signs that need presence and easy maintenance.

Each color runs matte (M) or gloss (G), 1/8″ and 1/4″. Clear is single-ply.
Cast acrylic carries thickness variation — check gauge where parts must fit extrusions or assemblies; multiple laser passes may be required on some gauges.

Protection and depth. The graphic sits inside the acrylic, so cleaning, sanitizing, and daily wear never touch it — and viewed through the cast face it has a dimensional quality front engraving can't match.
Gloss reads vivid and glassy; matte kills reflections under bright lighting. Both protect the reverse-engraved graphic identically — it's a lighting and style call.
Yes — paint fill from behind adds color to the engraved graphic, and the face stays smooth. Brand-matched fills included.
Often it's exactly right — the thickness reads as quality from across a room. For budget-sensitive jobs, 1/8″ keeps most of the effect.

Laser only — do not put this on a rotary. And because it is cell cast, thickness varies across the sheet: re-check focal length between runs and expect some cuts to need a second pass.
